SUMMARY:

The Machine Shop department currently has a vacancy for a detail orientated, process-driven, dedicated individual to join their team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Examine detailed drawings or specifications to establish the job, material and equipment requirements
- Program and set-up tooling in the CNC Turning and milling machine when manufacturing different components
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance practices on existing equipment
- Slotting or drilling metal stock or components
- Ensure that the quality of work meets the required standards
- Fit and assemble metal parts and tools or sub- assemblies
- Set up and / or operate hand and machine tools
- Check accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools or sub-assemblies
