Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced CNC Machinist with strong Wire EDM and CNC programming skills to join our precision manufacturing team in Knoxville, TN. This is a highly skilled, hands-on role requiring minimal training—primarily learning company-specific products and workflows.
The ideal candidate is confident setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM machines while producing tight-tolerance, high-precision components from engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and program CNC mills, CNC lathes, and Wire EDM machines
- Program and edit G-code and conversational programs directly at the machine control
- Perform full machine setup including tooling, fixturing, alignment, and workholding
- Operate Wire EDM equipment including setup, cut parameter selection, and troubleshooting
