+ Communicate effectively with leadsman and machinist about job details before starting work.
+ Ensure safety and provide guidance for all employees.
+ Report any issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
+ Innovate and implement solutions to reduce waste during machining.
+ Follow all QMS procedures and work instructions accurately.
