CNC Milling - Turning Machinist

Shift: Yes, 12 hours shift (7am/ 7pm) - rotational shift

* Responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

* This role ensures product quality, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Responsibilities:

• Operates Milling machines, Fastems, Deburring station according to SOP - Okuma or Makino or DMG
• Perform maintenance and calibration on equipment, gauges and torque wrench according to schedule
• Buyoff and maintain jigs and fixtures and submit report if wear and tear or broken
• Perform Machine Autonomous Maintenance (Measure and refill coolant pH & concentration & Hydraulic and spindle oil)
• Perform tool change
• Perform loading/unloading of parts at station Milling Fastem as per Work Instructions
