Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Night Shift)
Location: Shelton, CT
Pay: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Night Shift 4:00pm - 2:30am
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on operating role (no programming required) focused on running CNC equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines in a production environment Load/unload materials and parts into machines Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area
