CNC Operator/CNC Mill Machinist 2nd Shift

Description

Safety, HS&E, and Compliance:*Enforce company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture*Ensure PPE usage, safety training participation, near-miss reporting, and monthly safety inspections*Maintain OSHA and EPA compliance across assigned operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*Set up, fixture, and operate CNC milling machines.*Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to manufacture parts accurately*Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal performance*Perform routine troubleshooting and make necessary machine adjustments during production*Measure and inspect in process and finished parts using precision gauging equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators.*Verify product quality and ensure conformance to specifications.*Maintain proper documentation of machining operations as required.*Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area ...
