CNC Programmer

The Role

Seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual to take ownership of the CNC and Laser department. You’ll be directly responsible for running, programming, and setting up a variety of CNC and laser machinery, including 3 and 5 axis routers and a high-performance laser cutter.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing machine-ready programs for 3-axis routers using 2D CAD/CAM (Alphacam).

Adjusting and uploading programs for 5-axis equipment based on operational parameters and offset values.

Configuring machines with jigs, fixtures, and tooling for efficient production.

Acting as the go-to technical expert for the CNC cell, offering support and knowledge sharing across the team.

Ensuring all work aligns with health, safety, and quality standards, while carrying out routine machine maintenance.
