The process is straightforward, requiring basic math skills. This position is fast-paced, and you will work alongside our other operator in one area of the plant.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and manage the shear and rebar bender machines.
+ Interpret technical drawings to determine necessary bar sizes.
+ Program bar sizes into the machine with accuracy.
+ Collaborate with other operators to ensure smooth operation in the assigned area of the plant.
**Essential Skills**
+ Familiarity with DXF files and G-code.
+ Proficiency in converting decimals to fractions and vice versa.
+ Advanced PC skills.
