CNC Programmer (Hurco / Fanuc / Mazak)

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Hurco, Fanuc and Mazak controls to hit production targets Apply metric, inch, ACME, and Buttress threading for precision components Follow ISO and quality control procedures to ensure compliance Plan production activities to optimize workflow and efficiency Work with materials like AISI4140, 4340, INCONEL 625, 718, Brass and Bronze Monitor machining time to extend tool life and reduce wear Reduce costs and cycle times to boost productivity Coordinate schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Requirements:
Knowledge of ISO and quality control Understanding of process and production planning
