Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Walnut, CA. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running Doosan and Haas CNC machines with Haas and Fanuc controls, and is comfortable managing multiple machines simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor 5-axis CNC milling machines including Doosan and Haas equipmentRun 2 to 3 machines concurrently while maintaining quality and production targetsExecute programs using Haas and Fanuc CNC control systemsPerform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets with minimal supervisionInspect parts using precision measurement tools to verify conformance to specificationsIdentify and troubleshoot machining issues including tooling, fixturing, and program adjustmentsMaintain accurate production records, setup sh...
