**Job Title: CNC Programmer**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and mills to produce short-run parts and components used in industrial and commercial paint sprayers. You will create programs in Mastercam from blueprints, collaborate closely with engineering, and perform multiple set-ups and machine operations while maintaining high quality standards through self-inspection.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate short-run parts on CNC lathes and CNC mills.
+ Program new parts and components in Mastercam based on engineering requirements and blueprints.
+ Work closely with engineering to create parts and programs directly from blueprints, including those with GD&T specifications.
+ Perform approximately 3–4 CNC set-ups per week on machining centers and related equipment.
+ Run 1–3 machines at a time, including CNC lathes and CNC mills, while maintaining efficient workflow and part quality.
