Job Description
This role serves as the technical expert for CNC machining operations, focusing on developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs and manufacturing processes for complex aerospace components. You will combine hands-on shop floor support with engineering office work to improve manufacturability, drive process improvements, and support new product development in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and validate CNC programs, including defining setup, tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient and reliable machining.
- Create CNC programs for new parts and optimize existing programs to improve cycle time, quality, and overall process efficiency.
