CNC Router Drill Operator

Description The CNC Router Drill operator must understand material parts and troubleshooting machinery issues while always stressing Steven's motto of Safety, Quality, Complete & On Time Delivery and Productivity & Cost.The Machine Operator performs highly repetitive types of short cycle machine. Performs simple routine setups, speed, feeds, and tooling are ordinarily prescribed. Job requires operators for machine tending, who feed the machine, start it, stop it, and watch for imperfect operation and make adjustments. Uses measurement instruments to check work and may operate a computer console. In case of trouble, the operator calls it to the attention of a team leader. Normally works under close leadership. Requirements Knowledge would normally be acquired through a high school diploma or GED equivalent. One-year previous experience in manufacturing preferred. Ability to read materials for accuracy.
