Opportunity Description
- Meet weekly with each of their teachers.
- Keep a tracker to understand the needs and progress of each student in connection with meeting the objectives.
- The teacher and coach decide the format of the tracker but all will use a google doc of some sort.
- Co-teaching cycles will happen with each teacher once per trimester.
- These can be 4-6 consecutive weeks.
- or they can be more flexible depending on teacher and student needs.
- Coach’s classroom acts as LAB when possible (teachers’ classrooms can become labs for each other though and coaches can facilitate this “lab time” and critical friends’ groups!)
- Conduct informal observations of classes (non-evaluative).
