**Job Title: Coater Operator – 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
The Coater Operator sets up and operates a production coater to run roll-based materials according to specifications and quality standards. This role prepares raw materials, performs roll and material changes, monitors product quality, and works closely with team members to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate production on a first-shift schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review and follow set-up sheets, checklists, and standard operating procedures to ensure the coater is correctly configured for each scheduled production run.
+ Use the provided radio to maintain continuous communication and coordination with the operator at the opposite end of the coater.
+ Perform splices and complete raw material changes, including adhesive or other coatings, as required for each job.
+ Change product rolls as needed and ensure completed rolls are properly labeled, handled, and stored in design...
