Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports new product introduction or transfer to high volume manufacturing production until the product end-of-life
- Provides technical ownership of assigned product during manufacturing and qualification
- Collaborates with design organization, production, quality, supply chain, process and equipment engineering teams
- Reviews, generates or releases engineering documentation (BOMs, drawings, specifications, work instructions)
- Drives product improvements for yield, reliability, cost and cycle time reduction
- Leads root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for product issues
