• Prepare mise en place and handle food preparation and presentation according to Tagomago Restaurant standards and supervisor instructions.
• Follow HACCP health and hygiene regulations.
• Adhere to energy‑ and material‑saving policies and recycle waste properly.
• Maintain good communication with the team and other departments.
• Prepare kitchen utensils for use.
• Gather and prepare ingredients for employee menu dishes according to the established weekly rota.
• Keep storage areas organized.
• Clean the kitchen and equipment.
• Handle waste generated.
