We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to come and join the Canopy Collaborative, we call it collaborative because we work together!

You will be responsible for creating positive guest experiences; friendly guest service will underpin everything you do. You will ensure the efficient service of all beverages ensuring standards are met at all times.

PENNY SQUARES is our specialty casual all day dining restaurant set in a rustic and organic setting, serving artisan breakfast in the morning, and freshly made clay oven inspired dishes made with local, sustainable ingredients in the evenings.
