Coin Production Manager

Summary This position is located at US Mint,Manufacturing Directorate - Denver - Coining Division. As a Coin Production Manager, you will serve as the Chief of the Coining Division and is responsible to the Deputy Plant Manager for the administration of the entire division. The Division is responsible and accountable for the production of the Nation's circulating coinage. Responsibilities As a Coin Production Manager, you will: Direct the formulation of plans, organization objectives, policies, priorities, and procedures to ensure that the mission of the division is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that forecasting and utilization of resources is being accomplished in a coordinated, efficient, and effective manner. Ensure that adequate controls are in place, performance is monitored, and goals and objectives are met.
