Position Details We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Cold Food (Salad) position at Darden Restaurants located at 1000 Darden Drive, Orlando, FL 32837. Online applications accepted only. Full‑time schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Pay range: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available. Job Summary Cuts delicatessen meats, vegetables, and cheeses with slicing machine, knives or other cutters. Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef. Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
