Job Description – Collection Executive

Location: Morwadi, Pimpri, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary

• Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: Salary as per experience and last drawn CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment schedules.
• Ensure timely collection and recovery of pending payments.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Update collection status and remarks in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
