Job Purpose

As a Collections Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers who have outstanding debt obligations and negotiate payment plans. This is not just about collecting; it’s about building human connections and providing solutions that benefit both Nimble and our customers.

• Collections & Productivity:
  • Achieve and exceed individual collection targets through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements and collections actions.
• Customer Engagement & Negotiation:
  • Engage with customers empathetically and professionally, negotiating payment plans that benefit both the customer and Nimble.
