Job Summary

The Collections Officer will be responsible for the evaluation of past due portfolio and assures that total delinquency rate of assigned bucket is maintained at a minimum and acceptable level.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current.
• Ensure that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units.
