Commercial and Procurement Lead

Are you a strategic, commercially driven leader with strong procurement and stakeholder management experience? We are seeking a Commercial Lead to join our Commercial & Contract Management team at Nottinghamshire Police.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex procurement activity, including large-scale tenders and frameworks
• Ensure compliance with procurement legislation, policies and best practice
• Act as a key advisor on commercial, legal and procurement matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver commercial excellence
• Manage and deliver multiple commercial projects aligned to organisational priorities
• Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives across the Force
• Represent the organisation at regional and national forums
