Commercial Assistant- Contractor
The purpose of this job is to plan provide commercial service to business so that can work effectively and smoothly in an optimal environment. It is a contract position lasting from July 15th 2026 to Jan. 31st 2027
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Handle customer projects: follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling and documents for clients.
+ Manage all commercial data (MDM requests, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, M&L notices, etc)
+ Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information
+ Perform general administrative tasks, Prepare and organize client meetings, Take care of day to day client requests
+ File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
+ Make analysis and reports, help account managers for demand planning, budget, LE etc, manage account mana...
