Supervisor Position

We are seeking a supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and employees. This is a Monday - Friday evening position that does require a weekend rotation. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate communication between quality assurance, clients & custodians to insure all needs are being met
• Perform quality assurance inspections and correct deficiencies
• Train staff

Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have previous experience coaching & supervising multiple positions/employees. Cleaning is required as we are a janitorial service. Shift is Monday - Friday beginning at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 1:30 a.m. Bilingual preferred - strong verbal/written communication & average math skills a must.
