Commercial Construction Estimator & Bid Specialist – Remote (Full-Time, USA Hours)

Company Description
Unica Construction Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator and Bid Specialist to support our pre-construction operations. This role involves preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, developing detailed cost estimates, and actively identifying and pursuing commercial construction bidding opportunities across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with U.S. commercial construction projects, understands how to analyze drawings and specifications, and knows how to locate and evaluate bidding opportunities through contractor networks, procurement portals, and industry bid platforms.
This is a remote, full-time position working during U.S. business hours. Key Responsibilities
