Commercial Contracts and Licensing Attorney

Epiq Counsel is partnering with our leading, global technology client to identify a Commercial Contracts and Licensing Attorney based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

This role offers the opportunity to step into a fast ‑paced in ‑house legal environment and work on early-stage ventures, product development initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to support a fully onsite schedule out of our client's Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in commercial contracts, technology transactions, or licensing.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement contracts, as well as software and technology licensing agreements (including SaaS).
