Commercial Director – Construction & MEPF

Role Overview

The Commercial Director leads the company's Commercial Team responsible for quantity surveying, cost engineering, bid management, and contract administration across MEPF, civil, structural, and commercial construction projects.

The position requires a strong technical-commercial leader capable of validating estimates, strengthening cost controls, coaching QS and estimating teams, and protecting margins throughout the project lifecycle.

The role is critical as the company expands from fit-out works into larger structural and commercial developments.
