Commercial Director

The Commercial Director, APAC is responsible for shaping and executing the region’s commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction across all markets. This senior leadership role oversees sales and customer service functions across the region and plays a critical role in accelerating growth in key markets. The role reports to the APAC Managing Director and collaborates with the North American head office on global corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with global operations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for APAC aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive aggressive growth in the China market by strengthening local market penetration, broadening customer relationships, and adapting offerings to local needs.
• Identify and secure new customer accounts, both large hotel chains and independent operators across the region.
