Commercial Excellence Business Partner - Business Insights & Analytics
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the sell-out forecasting process, simplifying complex business models to optimize and accelerate decision making.
- Lead strategic projects such as sales force restructuring, including resource allocation, territory alignment, and sizing.
- Advanced Analytics and Modeling: evaluate promotional effectiveness and monitor performance through advanced analytics; implement and track customer/account profiling and segmentation to ensure measurable results.
- Coordination and Collaboration: collaborate with integral and regional stakeholders to align projects and results with organizational goals; partner with internal teams, including marketing, sales, finance, IT, compliance, and others.
