Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across four core verticals: commercial buildings, residential condominiums, industrial properties, and managed car park facilities
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored property and facilities solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial value
- Build and execute strategies to grow market share in assigned sectors; develop pipeline of qualified prospects and convert into long-term contracts
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, MCST councils, and key decision-makers
- Meet and exceed sales targets, manage contract negotiations, and ensure profitable deal closure
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive positioning
