Key purpose of the role: BiofuelCircle, as it expands its operations across multiple states and regions, the activities around AR & AP take on a significant importance. BiofuelCircle has seen a huge increase in business volumes resulting in a large volume of transactions on the platform. There is a diversity of participants on the platform like Buyers, Sellers, Transporters, and Service Providers to whom payments are to be made and collected. Often this requires careful scrutiny of the receivables, payables, and cash available while managing the settlements. The key purpose of this role is to Manage the Commercial Activities like tracking accounts payables and receivables, following up on due payments, handling customer and vendor queries on payables and receivables, and preparation of commercial reports for management and to ensure the day-to-day commercial activity is smoothly managed.
