This role is responsible for developing financial initiatives, enhancing reporting and governance, and supporting post‑acquisition integration activities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, FP&A and operational teams to deliver improved financial performance and informed decision‑making.A key part of the role is to build and develop a high‑performing analytical team, ensuring consistent standards, strong business partnering, and removal of single‑point dependencies through cross‑training and process improvement.
