- Business ownership structures+ rights/obligations of partners/shareholders/directors;
- Commercial contracts;
- Sale/purchase of business/shares/franchising;
- Financing;
- Terms of Trade, Procurement+ Supply;
- Employment law;
- Intellectual Property/IT transfer+ licensing;
- Business succession.
