Opportunity Description
My client is a high-growth F&B brand that's scaled internationally and cracked consumer product-market fit. They're rapidly expanding into major international markets and need a hands-on Commercial Leader who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
This is a player-coach role: You'll own commercial strategy AND be in the thick of it -
closing distributor deals, managing market entry, and building teams on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead go-to-market strategy and distributor partnerships across multiple territories
- Build and manage sales & commercial teams in key markets
