We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Legal Secretary to join a well-established and highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team based in Wimborne.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Legal Secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate & Commercial team
Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
Audio and digital dictation
Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
Maintaining accurate files and records
Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
