As a key member of the growing team, you will handle a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, both domestic and international, across courts and arbitral tribunals. The team regularly goes toe-to-toe with Magic Circle, elite US and leading City firms. You will: Manage litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court Act as co-counsel on cross-border disputes, including those involving the US and other jurisdictions Represent clients in international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA and others) Advise on and manage ADR proceedings, including mediation and expert determination Work with a high-quality client base, including: international private equity funds, listed and privately held UK/international companies, HNWIs and established investors, SMEs and professional service...
