Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Urgent Requirement We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a local authority on an urgent basis, working on a high-profile and complex litigation matter. This role is for three months initially. The Role This position will play a key role in a significant litigation case, involving: Leading on disclosure and investigation exercises Working closely with internal police investigators Drafting comprehensive witness statements Supporting pre-litigation processes, including document review, enquiries, and evidence gathering This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and complex information.
