Commercial Litigation Paralegal

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys across commercial litigation matters from inception through trial

• Conduct fact investigation, legal research, and case development

• Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, and case documents

• Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial

• Manage and organize large volumes of documents and case files

• Handle e-filing (state/federal) and service coordination

• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and docketing activities
