Position Overview: The Litigation Paralegal provides comprehensive litigation support to attorneys across all phases of state and federal commercial litigation. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive, technologically proficient, and able to anticipate attorney needs while maintaining excellent communication and workflow coordination in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Organization
- Assist attorneys in managing active litigation files, including both state and federal commercial cases.
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and task lists using case management software.
- Organize and index case materials, exhibits, and evidence for depositions, hearings, and trials.
