Over the next few years, this role will take someone from running matters with partner support to owning client relationships, leading strategy on multi-party disputes and becoming a recognised name in the North West commercial litigation market.

The Work

The caseload is diverse and sophisticated: contract claims, corporate transaction fall-outs (warranty, indemnity, completion accounts), supply and distribution disputes, and business-critical commercial litigation.

Opponents are regularly Magic Circle and major City firms, but the advantage sits with in-depth client knowledge and a commercial, pragmatic approach focused on sensible resolution.
