Description
Commercial Maintenance Technician
The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of commercial building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable property operations. This role supports building performance by maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, and related systems. The Maintenance Technician participates in an on-call rotation to respond to building emergencies as needed.
