McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in a pivotal leadership role supporting a significant new project in Queensland.
  
This is a rare opportunity to join at project start-up and shape the commercial direction from day one. Initially based in our Brisbane office, conveniently located in the Fortitude Valley train station precinct. The role will transition to site-based operations at mobilisation, anticipated late 2026 / early 2027.
  
Once on site, the role will operate on a 21/7 DIDO roster from Brisbane, with a generous roster uplift package.

About the opportunity
Joining at the earliest phase of the project, you will play a key role in establishing commercial systems, strategy, governance and controls that will underpin successful delivery.
