Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint new commercial manager to lead their commercial team.
About the Role
Duties May Include:
* Lead the full commercial management of projects from inception through to completion.
* Administer JCT contracts, ensuring robust understanding and management of contractual risk.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate building and commercial risks, particularly within complex projects.
