Commercial Manager

Job Overview

To manage and oversee all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring risk mitigation, contract compliance, and optimization of commercial performance in line with the company’s objectives and UAE legal requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Contract Administration: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements ensuring consistency with company policies and UAE construction law. Administer post‑award activities including claims management, change orders, extension of time requests, and final account settlements. Ensure adherence to FIDIC and other relevant contract standards throughout project delivery.
