Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic Commercial Head with strong expertise in:

• Fresh produce and imported goods
• Delivering a premium and elevated in-store retail experience
• Catering to middle- to high-income urban consumers
• Product curation and assortment planning, with a strong eye for quality, differentiation, and balanced selection over quantity

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead overall category strategy, ensuring the right balance between imported and local assortments
• Define and drive pricing architecture and assortment strategies aligned with market positioning
• Manage negotiations and strategic partnerships with both global and local suppliers
• Drive gross margin growth, sales performance, and sell-through optimization across categories
• Align commercial initiatives with Ayala’s mall ecosystem, customer demographics, and foot traffic dynamics
