Commercial Merchandiser / Product Sourcing

Are you commercial, detail-driven, and love sourcing products globally? Fiberlinks is hiring a Merchandiser/Sourcer to lead product ranges, sourcing, and packaging for low-ticket household consumer products. The candidate will report to CEO / Sales & Marketing Executive.

What You’ll Do:

• Source exciting consumer products worldwide & negotiate best pricing
• Analyze SKUs, optimize margins & build winning product assortments
• Oversee packaging & retail-ready merchandising
• Forecast product demand & support stores & retail partners
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Use AI tools to make smarter product and pricing decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in merchandising, buying, sourcing, or category management
• Experience with household consumer products (China sourcing preferred)
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and retail math skills
