Position: Commercial Operations- Executive Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Reporting to: Commercial Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the pre & post-fixture operations of our owned fleet. The role involves close coordination with charterers, brokers, agents, and internal teams to ensure efficient and profitable voyage execution. Key Responsibilities: Handle post-fixture operations including voyage planning, laytime calculations, and cargo documentation. Liaise with charterers, agents, bunker suppliers, and shipmasters to coordinate voyage instructions. Monitor vessel performance and ensure compliance with charter party terms. Follow up on freight invoices, demurrage/dispatch claims, and cost approvals. Maintain voyage records and prepare voyage profitability reports.
