A reputable consulting company is currently in search of a Commercial Project Manager to join their team in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

•BSc: Construction Management

•Diploma: Project Management

•Professionally registered with SACPCMP

•10 years’ experience working on building developments

•Experience gained working on projects including commercial, high-rise, retail, office blocks

•Knowledge in the management of the JBCC, NEC forms of contracts

•Project planning - Management of time & cost on projects

•Management of quality and risk

•Management of financial reports for forecasting and results analysis

•Conduct project audits

•Proficient in MS Office and MS Projects

•Management and leadership qualities
